No need to worried about, if you are left handler than your left hand would be read and if you are right handler than your right would be read for palmistry. 

1- The small lines on the palms, except the ones on the thumb, change in every six months.

2- A hand can only be read after 18 years old because before 18th the hand palm lines don’t develop completely.  

3- You spend a lot of time thinking when your hands are big, and if your hands are small, you are very busy, spontaneous and restless.

4-You are a perfectionist if you have long fingers and prefer to leave a task if you find it too easy, while you are said to be impulsive if you have short fingers and start new things before finishing the older tasks. 

5- The most fascinating details about palmistry is the palm lines. The palm lines are separated into 12 parts (include LifeLine, Skull Line, Spirit Line, Health Line, Destiny Line, Celebrity Line, Marriage Line, Wealth Line, Gender Line, Power Line,  Journey Line, Strength Line, Fortune Line), although often only a few are counted.  Lines may define many things.

6- Soft palms point to someone with a visible potential that may occur, whereas hard palm shows a love of work and plenty of energy. These people need to ask themselves what they really want out of life and set a target to achieve that goal.

7- The most significant line in the entire palm is believed to be the Fate line, as its presence, length and the unbroken trail are considered a symbol of brilliant luck and good fortune. 

8- The Sunline (which can be located on the Mount of Apollo, growing up from the Heart Line or further down towards the ring finger) should be closely examined in case the Fate line is missing, broken or too short or too weak. If it is found to be solid and popular, despite missing a fate line, the subject can still expect good luck and success in life.
